Reporting to the Chief Marketing Officer (CMO), the Product Marketing Manager – Renewables has a central role of true “intrapreneur” between the product development, sales and marketing. He (she) will be in charge of articulate and manage the product marketing missions from market studies and customers business requirements to product launch and user acceptance.

Key Accountabilities

With advanced technical knowledge in the solar photovoltaic market and energy storage solutions, he (she) will be in charge of the following missions (non-exhaustive list):

-Market studies and analysis of customers’ business requirements,

-Management of the competitive intelligence process,

-Development of services, products and solutions adapted to customers and market expectations,

-Contribution to the development of the product strategy, in close collaboration with the Chief Product Officer (CPO),

-Management of product and offer launch,

-Production of value assessments reports and technical case studies,

-Representation of the company at exhibitions and conferences,

-Management of content marketing supports – white papers, webinars, case studies, presentations

-Support to sales teams and coordination of International product marketing (Europe, North America, India).

The successful candidate will follow an internal training of several months on the technical, commercial and product aspects.

Education and qualification requirements

-Higher education degree in energy engineering,

-Full proficiency in English (written & spoken) with excellent copywriting skills,

-Engineering expertise and relevant experience in the photovoltaic solar industry, and /or wind energy and energy storage solutions.

Personal requirements

-Excellent organizational and time management skills,

-High attention to detail with the ability to summarize,

-A willingness to be flexible and adaptable to change, working across a range of varied tasks,

-Ability to work under pressure & multitasking,

-Excellent interpersonal, communication and influencing skills.
