CESTAS Project, the Largest Solar Plant in Europe

NEOEN trusts QOS Energy’s Monitoring Platform for the Largest Solar PV Plant in Europe

NEOEN trusts QOS Energy to provide the data management platform for utility-scale solar PV plant, located in Cestas near Bordeaux (France). Made up of almost 1,000,000 solar panels, the CESTAS plant has a capacity of 300 MWp and has been commissioned in October 2015.

The largest solar plant in Europe produces annually 350 GWh, the equivalent to the residential electricity consumption of Bordeaux (249,000 inhabitants).
